Terms of Service
These terms cover buying and using products from Rocket Service on this website. By buying, you agree to them.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Rocket Service (“we”, “us”). If you buy for a business or community, you confirm you’re allowed to accept them for it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
Your license
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You’re buying the right to use the software, not the software itself. We keep all rights to the code, design and branding.
- One license works on one Discord server at a time. It locks to the first server the bot starts in.
- You can move a license to another server you run with the Reset server button in your dashboard, within the limits shown there.
- Licenses are lifetime unless the product page says otherwise.
What you may do
- Run the product in a Discord server you own or manage.
- Change its settings, texts, colors and branding through the dashboard and config files.
- Host it on any computer or server you control.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense, give away or publish the product, its files or your license key.
- Remove, bypass or tamper with the license check, or help others do so.
- Claim the product as your own work or sell modified copies of it.
- Use the product to break Discord’s Terms of Service or any law, or to scam, harass or spam people.
- Open fake disputes or chargebacks after receiving your license.
Breaking these rules can lead to your license being revoked without a refund.
Accounts
You log in with Discord. Keep your Discord account and license key safe; you’re responsible for what happens with them. If you think your key has leaked, contact us and we’ll help.
Payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Network fees are paid by you.
- Your license is delivered automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. If you send less than the price, the order stays open until it’s settled.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Updates and support
We aim to fix bugs and release updates, and to help with setup in our support channels. We don’t guarantee a response time or that any specific feature will be added. Updates are available from your dashboard for as long as your license is active.
Ending a license
We may suspend or revoke a license that breaks these terms. You can stop using the product at any time. If we ever stop selling a product, licenses you already bought keep working for as long as we can reasonably keep the license server running, and we’ll announce it in advance.
No warranty
The product is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will be error-free or always available, or that it will keep working if Discord changes its platform.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost income or damage to your Discord server, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t take away rights you already had for purchases made before the change.
